Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

During sale periods or high-demand launches, please allow a little extra time for your order to be prepared — we promise it’s worth the wait.


Pre-Orders

From time to time, certain Tribal Living products may be available for pre-order.
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.

Please note:

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.

  • If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

  • Pre-order dates are estimates and may change slightly due to supplier or production delays — if this occurs, we’ll keep you updated via email.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please reach out to us at triballivingapparel@gmail.com.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Tribal Living is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
If they are unable to assist, reach out to us and we’ll help investigate.
While delays are rare, Tribal Living cannot take responsibility for items lost or delayed due to postal service issues once dispatched.


International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the order reaches their country.
